? Responsible for ensuring the quality of the raw materials provided by the supplier. In the project phase, after mass production, incoming inspection, production process inspection, customer complaints, etc., as long as it is caused by the supplier"s material quality defects, it must be reported to the supplier in time Ask for improvement;
负责保障供应商所供原材料的质量，在项目阶段、量产后的进料检验、生产过程检验、客户抱怨等，只要是由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的，都要及时反馈供应商要求其改善；
? Responsible for tracking and confirming the supplier"s improvement report (8D) and implementation effect, and conduct on-site audit and inspection if necessary;
负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告（8D）及实施效果，必要时可进行现场审核检查；
? Responsible for formulating incoming inspection (IQC) inspection specifications, inspection plans, and signing of samples, and train and guide inspectors;
负责制定进货检验（IQC）的检验规范、检验计划以及样品的签订，并适时对检验员进行培训指导；
? Participate in the evaluation and release of the supplier"s initial samples;
可以参与供应商初始样品的评估放行工作；
? Monthly or quarterly, carry out statistical scoring of the quality status of existing suppliers, and put forward requirements for improvement within a time limit for suppliers with lower scores;
每个月或每个季度，对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求；
? Participate in the development and review of new suppliers, and evaluate and score new suppliers with the purchasing and R&D departments to determine whether they can become qualified suppliers
参与新供应商开发与审核，与采购、研发部门一起对新供应商进行考核打分，确定其是否可以成为合格供应商
? Participate in product quality certification. Including sample certification; small batch certification; batch certification; certification after change
参与产品的质量认证.包括样品认证; 小批量认证; 批量认证；变更后的认证
? Regularly audit suppliers and track and confirm the rectification of non-conformance items
定期对供应商进行审核并对审核不符合项的整改情况进行跟踪确认
? As a window between the internal and the suppliers, timely and accurately communicate the internal quality requirements of the suppliers
作为内部与供应商的窗口，及时准确传达内部对供应商质量要求

- Familiar with plastic processing technology and painting technology
熟悉塑料加工工艺以及喷漆工艺
