Make Sampling of new or transferring mould and optimise open points together with corresponding department e.g. mold department and PE.
新的模具架模及试模，跟相关部门如模具部门，工艺部门一起讨 模具需改进的地方。
- Set up injection molding machine and relevant peripheral equipment.
注塑机及周边设备的构架 。
- Responsible for corresponding documentation work such as set-up card, data saving and so on.
开机卡制作，DATA文件保存等相关的文件工作。
- Evaluation the cycle time, material consumption and color or material changing cost.
评估周期，原料消耗及换色母和原料的损耗。
- Injection molding machine process controlling, optimisation and trouble-shooting.
注塑工艺控制、改良及注塑问题解决。
- Responsible for training and evaluation junior engineer, technicians.
培训、评估初级工程师和技术员。


-Simple written Enghlish and spoken English
简单的英语书面与口语表达能力；
-More than five years same work experiences
